Croxley Park is a commercial business park development in Watford, delivered for main contractor ISG. Midwest’s scope covered the RC frame package for new office accommodation within the established park setting.
The Package
Work involved formwork erection, reinforcement fixing, and concrete placement across the building’s structural frame, sequenced to ISG’s programme for the wider park development. Office frames of this type are typically defined by regular grid spacing and service-riser positions set early by the design team, so accuracy on setting-out and cast-in provisions at each pour matters as much as the pace of the cycle, since it directly affects how smoothly the M&E and fit-out trades can follow.
Croxley Park is one of three schemes Midwest has now completed for ISG, following Capital Quarter and Cardiff Interchange — a relationship built across both South Wales and the South East.
