Specialist reinforced concrete frame construction
Originally incorporated as Midwest Formwork in 2009, our focus is on reinforced concrete substructure and superstructure projects. We deliver complete RC frame packages from basement to roof slab, using the most efficient formwork systems and construction methods for each project.
Our integrated approach combines formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement under a single subcontract package, reducing interfaces and compressing programmes for main contractors.
Our Capabilities
Our Formwork Systems
Doka Table Formwork
Efficient soffit formwork table system for faster slab construction with standard components.
Topec Formwork
Lightweight system with drophead technology allowing earlier stripping of formwork.
SkyDeck Formwork
Designed for high-rise buildings. Lightweight panels move floor-to-floor without crane assistance.
Safety & Access
K-Guard Combi Safe Edge Protection
Combined edge protection and guardrail system providing fall prevention at slab edges during construction.
Hunnebeck Climbing Screens
Scaffold-free climbing screen system providing weather protection and safety enclosure for multi-storey construction.
Catch Fan Systems
Debris and fall protection fans mounted at working levels to protect operatives and the public below.
Post-Tensioning
Post-tensioning is a method of reinforcing concrete structures for increased strength. Applications include office and apartment buildings, parking structures, bridges, sports stadiums, and water-tanks. Post-tensioned slabs allow for thinner floor sections, longer spans, and faster construction cycles compared to conventional RC frames.
Slipform
We use slipforming techniques to bring time and cost savings to service cores, towers, silos and bridge piers. Rise rate of 7–8m per day on 24-hour shift, 3–4m on day shift. Not disrupted by adverse weather. Slipform construction delivers significant programme advantages on high-rise residential and commercial projects.
